It had peaceful and decent location, short walk to two main train stations in Interlaken and the Supermarket and main train station. The breakfast was sensational and available with ham, yoghurt plus boiled eggs, the staff were competent and especially helpful.

Possibly the best and very good stay on a vacation. The staff - well organised and especially helpful. Family suite with a nice balcony to soak in the surroundings. The breakfast for vegetarians. Quiet location close to the train station, easy to get anywhere. And really close to the beautiful Interlaken, lauterbrunned, Grindelwald, wengen and the center where tourists info is located😀

There was a huge variety of food for breakfast, it was healthy! The location was great and stunning for Interlaken, next to other shops as well as main train station.

My classic double room with a very good view as well as tea coffee was modern. The staff there were knowledgeable and respectful. The location in a calm area was excellent. A bus station was in front of the place.

We thoroughly enjoyed amazingly comfortable and bright rooms and healthy food.

The place was incredibly friendly and excellent, with its courteous staff at the reception desk. The location of the hotel was great, in Bern station. Easily reached Des Alpes, located relatively near the property, had lunch/dinner there.

Got Wheelchair Accessible room with a great balcony and separate beds, for instance as expected. The setting was AWESOME, so close to the Casino and major hotels, Interlaken, and city center where all shopping happens.

Enjoyed a relaxing vacation 😌 with sunny weather. The location was perfect, just a short 15-minute stroll away from a charming museum.

The location was marvellous, just next door to several excellent restaurants and the city center. I was offered a room with exceptionally good views of the mountains.

Lack of amenities in the room like a hot water dispenser, ice machine, and fan. Difficult to find the reception and confusing layout of the hotel.

The location is relatively far (especially for old folks) from the main city and train stations. Also, it appears to be a old folks home and some people may not like it when on holiday.

Had a really nice time. Spotlessly clean hotel, services were amazing and location was excellent and decent next to a bus stop. Location: the property was really close to the Supermarket and main train station, the towncenter, and the Casino and major hotels. It was not too far away from Asllani's Corner, serving fast food. They gave us neat classic double room with a nice balcony to soak in the surroundings. The breakfast was great for vegetarians; and the staff was knowledgeable.
